Our designs are customized to each project.

There are common criteria we seek to achieve in our planning: Room ratios that optimize acoustic response and ergonomic design that work within the aesthetic, artistic and budgetary guidelines of our clients. 

We utilize Autocad - Designs range from acoustic treatment layouts, basic dimensioned floor plans that can include electrical layout/reflected ceilings to complete architectural plans with elevations and engineering. 

We can design into existing architectural plans – We often work with clients outside our local area in conjunction with their architect.  A common scenario might involve a remodel where the client is interested in dedicating a room/basement into a studio – Their architect will forward us a file by email and we will then design the studio into the dedicated space and forward the information back to the client/architect for review.
