studio.jory.org is a new audio post facility in Northern California, specializing in sound for video games and film. StudioPanel® products were chosen to replace the old studio’s foam treatments in both the control room and the recording space primarily due to the full-frequency coverage, as well as durability, ease of installation, and styling.
The live room utilizes StudioPanel® acoustic treatments in a customized manner, with absorbers and diffusers back-to-back on custom panel mounts which allow the room’s acoustics to be tuned for any purpose!

The room volume was simply overbearing! After the fast 2-hour installation, the sound for the room is markedly improved. The frequency response is even and the low frequencies are extremely tight!

Kauai Sunset is a recently-completed 4000 square foot privately-owned world-class recording studio in Princeville, Kauai, Hawaii.
The innovative StudioPanel® acoustical solutions were installed in both the tracking and control room in the new residential recording facility.
David Tickle, Producer-Engineer and Kauai Sunset Studio’s Project Specialist, enthused, “With StudioPanel® in both rooms the acoustics are superb; our monitors have never sounded so accurate. I am confident that our clients will be very pleased. Judging from the results, this was a very wise choice.”
The project employed 28 absorber/diffuser panels in the acoustic treatment plan, and a host of more innovative large scale components for total isolation of the rooms from the surrounding neighborhood.
