When I first heard the Spatial One as stereo near-field monitors I was completely blown away.  Truly amazing, they do what no other speakers can do; a true stereo image anywhere in front of the speakers. You can sit off center and hear the exact balance as if you where in the middle. This wide sweet spot also translates to accurate imaging behind the listening position. Because of their angle of incidence, they are very forgiving to the acoustics of the room. Also the diffuser keeps them from being “beamy” and fatiguing, a common problem with near-fields. Joseph
