Acoustic foam does not block sound transmission in or out of your room. The acoustic foam, adequately installed, absorbs echoes and controls reverberation, the ‘liveliness’ of your room.

All acoustic foam and fabric panels sold by SCR are acoustic treatments, not “soundproofing” materials.

SCR’s custom foam pattern may not line up precisely from piece to piece. Therefore, they may not have a seamless appearance when installed.

Warranty and specifications are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Material Safety Data Sheets are available upon request.

We are unable to promise same-day order fulfillment of some items. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise listed on the product page, and most orders are shipped no later than 7-10 business days from receipt. Lead times may vary depending on the manufacturer and product.

Receive the acoustic treatment when you need it. Items are shipped via standard ground delivery unless otherwise communicated, and expedited shipping is also available for an additional charge. We recommend you order your product(s) to allow ample lead time. SCR cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by freight companies due to weather or any other reasons beyond our control.

If, for some reason, you feel you have received an order that contains flawed or defective foam pieces, DO NOT MOUNT IT.

  • – Notify us within (5) calendar days, and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions. Anything package returned without a pre-approved R.A. Number marked on the box will be refused.
  • – Once received and inspected, we will replace the defective product.
  • – Under any circumstances, can mounted foam be returnable or replaced? The answer is no.
  • – You will forfeit any right to have the acoustic foam order replaced if you do not notify us within (5) calendar days of receipt.

POLYURETHANE FOAM IS FLAMMABLE.

  • – Do not expose to heat sources or other possible ignition sources.
  • – Meets Test Standards: ASTM-D-3574, UL94HF1, and CAL 117.
  • – Always consult your local building codes before purchasing and installing any acoustic foam product, regardless of the source. We make no claims about the flammability standards of any products we sell. You agree to absolve us of responsibility for damage or loss to your person or property due to any circumstances by purchasing our product.
  • “WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including arsenic, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.”

Since 02/01/2020, the Melamine Acoustic Foam is offered in only (3) color dye lots: White, Charcoal, and Light Gray. Some acoustic foam products are available in a paintable version. Please see the appropriate product information page for additional information.
