Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your order is handled with care from the minute we receive the notification until it arrives at your door. SCR hopes that the courier takes just as much care of your order. Unfortunately, there’s always a chance of unforeseen circumstances. Because of this, we ask you to inspect your package within (5) calendar days of receipt.

* Signs of Visible Damage: If your driver is still present, ask them to make a note on the signed delivery receipt detailing the damage.

* Signs of Concealed Damage: We recommend you unpack your order within (5) calendar days of receipt. Should you discover concealed damage or loss, report it to SCR immediately.

* Reporting The Damage: Please email SCR at inform@soundcontrolroom.com. In the email, you must include; photos of the damage and a detailed description of your discovery. Once the email is received, a representative will contact you, and together we will determine the next steps.

 * Steven Klein’s Sound Control Room, Inc. will not be held responsible for unreported damages, shortages, or loss. It is strongly suggested you inspect your order immediately. In many cases, SCR will be unable to file a claim with the freight company on the 6th calendar day.
