IsoWedge™ Monitor Speaker Isolation Pads

The IsoWedge™ is a practical and cost-effective monitor isolation solution designed to decouple studio loudspeakers from desks, shelves, or meter bridges. By preventing direct vibration transfer between the monitor and the supporting surface, IsoWedge™ pads help eliminate unwanted resonance that can color your monitoring environment.

Decoupling the speaker from the surface also helps reduce comb filtering, a common acoustic issue where certain frequencies are exaggerated or canceled due to surface reflections and vibration coupling. The result is clearer monitoring, improved accuracy, and more reliable mixes.

Each IsoWedge™ set includes four high-density, low-compression foam pads measuring 12” × 4” × 2”. Designed to be used in pairs under each monitor, the pads distribute weight evenly while maintaining stable support for your speakers.

The pads feature a precision 6° slope, allowing flexible placement options to suit a wide range of studio setups. When placed with the slope facing downward, they provide down-firing monitor positioning ideal for elevated installations such as meter bridges. Reversing the pads creates an upward angle, perfect for desktop or shelf placement where monitors need to be directed toward the listening position.
